The primary bathroom is located inside the primary bedroom, while the second bathroom is conveniently located off the main hallway and shared by guests in the second and third bedrooms. -Laundry- A washer and dryer are available inside the home for guest use. -Backyard- The private, fully fenced backyard offers a convenient outdoor space for families and approved pets. Children and pets must be supervised at all times and should never be left unattended in the backyard. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. -Parking- The driveway provides parking for up to two vehicles. Additional street parking is available, but guests should avoid blocking mailboxes, neighboring driveways, or trash cans. -Guest access- Guests have private access to the entire home and fully fenced backyard. The locked owner’s closet in the primary bedroom and the garage located off the laundry area are not available to guests, these spaces are reserved for the owners personal belongings.

A $200 fee will apply if smoking occurs indoors. • This is a pet friendly home, and both dogs and cats have previously stayed here. A $100 pet fee applies per stay and will be included in your reservation total. Pets must be added to the reservation and approved before arrival. • Pets may not be left unattended unless securely crated. • Because this is a pet friendly home, guests with severe pet allergies should consider this before booking. • The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles. Additional street parking is available, please do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or trash cans.
