Parking passes must be displayed while parked on the property and returned to the counter before checkout. There is a $100 replacement charge for each missing parking pass. PETS: This property does not allow pets. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Guests have access to the community pool, fitness center and tennis court. Community amenities are shared with other residents and guests, and availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance, weather or community rules. This is a residential condo community. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe community quiet hours. No parties, events, smoking or vaping are permitted inside the condo. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.
