The private bathroom with a stand up shower is located just off the bedroom area. While the studio is cozy, it is thoughtfully laid out to maximize comfort and functionality.

Unauthorized guests, gatherings, or parties will result in immediate removal from the property without refund. • Free parking is limited to 1 vehicle only. Parking pass must be returned at checkout. Vehicles parked improperly or without the required pass are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. • Excessive messes, damage to the property, or bodily fluids requiring specialized cleaning will result in additional charges. Bio hazard cleaning fees of up to $100 will be billed back to guests when applicable. • Quiet hours must be respected to avoid disturbances to neighboring units and residents. • Checkout instructions must be completed prior to departure to avoid additional cleaning fees. • This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in smoke remediation and odor removal charges of up to $500.
